Creative director in San Francisco, CA. Founder of Let’s Work Studio, a consulting firm working with local, community-oriented brands.
You may be familiar with my Creative Mornings talk in 2016, groundbreaking visual systems for Google Assistant in 2019, early Facebook work that became famous, or uplifting local businesses since the 2010s.
You might also know me for hosting sold-out conferences across the U.S., creating an advice series for new designers, or publishing a popular book on healing grief with Earth.
Today I work independently with clients, and embedded within larger design studios.
I seek openness, joy, and connection with all collaborators. My visual design work spans all surfaces, print to ui.
